WHO makes the best fudge donuts...
Like my philosophy teacher, i am very partial to fudge donuts, and we debate over who makes the best ones-
He says "greggs" the bakers, and i say fishers and donaldsons. Im not making a poll because i think it best that you add your own baker.... or your own mum for that matter. so, as it is a matter of great importance- discuss ![]() |

In my days as a delivery driver i used to pelt around the country and, whenever the mood took me, i'd stop for lunch. Usually at a bakers and usually rounding off the proceedings with a fudge doughnut.
Now in my (vast) expierince on this matter the best ones ive had in fife were from the bakers on the high st in Leslie. (Glen Bakery or something, used to be a computer games shop next door) But, outwith fife ive not had anything better than a Gregg's Fudge doughnut! |

Greggs is ok, but Fisher and Donaldsons are undefeated!
I used to eat one everyday during every study leave at school - amazing! A close second were those chocolate fudge ones that F&D made - a nice twist on the classic! ![]() TGFS must be commended for their yum-yums however - and you can always get a nice bottle of "snapple" to wash your yum-yum down... |

Being a Lochee lad, I will go for a small bakery in the Weavers Village called 'The Spinning Wheel'. My school dinner used to cost 85p in primary school, my mum would give me a pound every day which left me with 15p for the biggest, tastiest, most heart-disease causing treat ever. Anyone else remember it?
