I really fucked up today and didn't turn up for rehearsal.
On top of that I've dug a nice deep hole for myself and the guy from the Arc.

There isn't really an excuse that matches up to the stupidity of it all so I can only appologise.

Obviously it wasn't as good without you man but its cool everybody makes mistakes, try not to stress.
As for the guy from the arc
i'd give him a call and just say i can't apologise enough i've had some other stuff come up in my life but its no excuse or something.
