Fate?

Hmmmm couldnt decide. U see i believe that fate takes us up to a certain point, it gives us a choice but then its up to you to make the decision. Fate may give you a chance to be with someone, to meet someone that you could see yourself being with forever. but it only takes you so far, its up to you to make it happen. Hope that makes sense. i dont believe too much in fate. i believe that descisions you make, and descisions others around you make have much more of an effect. descisions and events, like big milestone markers in your life, once they happen, everything else after that is just a knock on effect from that moment. you could pretty much take someone who has a role in your life right now, trace that back to when u met them, and then realise theres no way you would`ve been in that place/time/whatever you met them unless `that` descision was made, or `that` event happened.

because you were where you were at that time because you made the descision to be there, just like whoever you met did. you both ended up in the same place at the same time because you both made descisions to be in that place

I don't believe in it at all- i think everything is a rational decision and i don't think something above dictates what happens.

totally, and if there is, i`d quite like a word in their ear for continually fucking me over. when will they realise, i dont need any help to fuck things up, i can manage quite well on my own.
fate, schmate. your life is the descisions you make, the people in it make and natural cause, wake up and smell the napalm. maybe we `are` meant to meet ceratin ppl, but if fate really has a bearing on this, all it can do is put them infront of you, YOU still have to DECIDE whether or not you wanna interact with this person or not
