Blind Date- Never Again
IF YOUR FEMALE AND ARE SENSITIVE TO SHALLOWNESS, LOOK AWAY NOW
Hey guys, i went on a blind date last night, now i wish i was blind. It all started with the las getting my number at random off one of my mates phones. Being a trainee nurse i though, 'oooooo, this should be good', and so we started swappin texts every so often. That was about two months ago. Full of wonder of what she looked like, my best mate and i decided to organise a night out, sort of blind date, if you may call it that. All was well on the drive up to the lass's flat, perfect nerves on my part. Got to the flat about 5 minutes late, as driving round a section of town you've never been in before is rather difficult, anyway we got they and waited for the girls to arrive. Next thing i know the lass and my mate who gave her the number got in the back of the car, no kiddin the rear end sunk. I just looked at my best mate and he looked at me, affraid to look back. So off we went, to the place they call 'The cinema', being gentlemen we let the ladies choose the film and what a surprise, 'Polar Express', you could just SEE the joy in my eyes, NOT. Away we went to take our seats in the rather empty room, (Oh god, what had i done) when the girls said 'We're just going to the toilet.' Now was our chance of escape, we could run and be pigs or sit through it and be men. My inner self kicked in, so we stayed. Just cos i stayed doesn't mean i had to enjoy it. On the film went, and it was rather good, for a kids movie. Anywho, it finish and i ushered them back to the car and drove like i've never driven before. Dropped them off at the flat, only to be asked in (Ding Ding Ding, Nooooooooo) So i said 'Sorry i have an early start tommorrow, and off i went, like a bullet. Only to go to the pub and drink the picture out of my system. Anyway, does this make me a bad person, i know it makes me shallow and i'm happy about that, but am i a bad guy? |
