it looks great fun, it's really just what you naturally do as a wee boy/girl, trying to run and jump walls, gaps, slopes,etc...

but it's really cool to watch the good ones doing it, and good fun to try

i tried it out after the first show was on last year, was well cool. the sense of being so near to falling off massive heights is a great natural high. plus, theres no rules, you just make it up as you go along. i totally forgot about it but the programme last week has got me interested again. i wanted to get out this weekend for some but it was too windy and rainy. bring on the summer. injuries are waiting

It really does look amazing.

Some of the moves that you saw them performing just didn't look physically possible, especially the one that they were only willing to try in the gym due to how dangerous the move was. I mean going from the ground, flipping over a chest height block to complete a cat like landing on yet another block that is even higher did not sound possible, I mean even the guy from Parkour didn't even think it was possible!!

yeah it was really cool. wanting to start with parkouryness but the weather been so shit. ive managed to get a few things done but nothing really special. bring on the summer!
