It's not really a cannabis substitute, i think its quite a strong hallucinogen. Takes a lot of effort to get it right as well. Anyone who's interested can see details of how to do it on the anarchist's cookbook (which you'll be able to view online) Anyway, it can have quite adverse effects so id advise caution for anyone who wants to try it.

Today i went to a university fair thing, and this woman from napier tryed to drug me and kim with her liquid herbal inhaling stuff... they looked alot like poppers and she said each tiny jar costs £45. One jar made you high and euphoric, another made you relax, and the last one made your mouth water.
