Lexar Media v. Toshiba Trial

Lexar Media, Inc. won on the flash memory trial Mar 23 and 24, 2005.
Lexar Media alleged theft of trade secrets and breach of fiduciary duty claims against Toshiba Corporation, Toshiba America, Inc. and Toshiba America Electronics Corporation on Nov 5, 2002. (Detail at http://www.lexar.com/litigation/ and so on.)
While, not samely as 1999 FDC trial, Toshiba Corp also alleged against Lexar on Jan 13, 2003, Toshiba Corp didn't mind-control the jury to won as always. (But Stock Market TV program, TV Tokyo, Japan has never informed the Toshiba's news on Mar 25, 2005 although the news was brought the 1st evening on Mar 24, 2005 in Japan.)

However, I still care Toshiba Corp will mind-control the Court.
Because Lexar Media, Inc. expects that the Court will hold a hearing on Lexar's request for an injunction stopping the sale of Toshiba products using its flash memory on April 13, 2005.

"Toshiba believes that the verdict rendered by the jury was in error, and we plan to pursue all available legal avenues to correct it", Toshiba Corp said in a statement after the Mar 25, 2005 judgement. A Toshiba spokesman, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the legal actions were still undecided. Toshiba said in a statement it invented NAND flash memory technologies and flash memory remains a strategic product for the company.
Reading Mar 25, 2005 Nikkei newspaper, Japan, I felt Toshiba Corp mass-mind-controls to get people's simpathy as a general sufferer from abnormal U.S. law system again samely as 1999 PC's FDC trial.

I believe Toshiba Corp would steal Lexar's technology.
Lexar and FBI should check whether all Japanese employees of Lexar Media, Inc. and formerly, Cirrus Logic, Inc. were Toshiba spies. Toshiba Corp could send Japanese spies to Lexar Media, Inc. (formerly, Cirrus Logic, Inc.) before and after the Oct 1994 contact with Cirrus Logic, Inc.
(Also all Toshiba partners including SanDisc Corp should do samething as potential sufferers from Toshiba Corp.)
Formerly Apple Computer executive Eikou Harada was a Toshiba's spy on Apple Computer, Inc. and, of course, he doesn't express his Toshiba career with his some careers. You know Toshiba Corp supplies its Flash memory for Apple's iPod Shuffle (1G) and its HDD for Apple's iPod.

Anyway, Toshiba Corp lost in 1999 Notebook PC FDC U.S. trial and the later it succeeded in mind-controlling American people and in reducing the punishment.
I hope everybody won't be cheated by atrocious Toshiba Corp. Everybody must severely watch the trial.


2005 is the most important for Toshiba Corp to sell HD DVD, SED TV and nuke equipments to U.S.
Simply, therefore, Toshiba Corp wouldn't mass-mind-control American people before Mar 24, 2005.

This time, I hope America ruins atrocious and cowardly Toshiba Corp. So Toshiba spies and mind-controls for business.

By 1997, Toshiba had tried but failed to develop a reliable flash memory controller. In May 1997, Toshiba invested $3 million in Lexar and asked for and received a seat on Lexar's board of directors.
When asked why Toshiba would invest in Lexar given its decision to work with SanDisk, Toshiba executive Yoshihide Fujii testified that the investment in Lexar was "cheap insurance" for Toshiba.
Toshiba's internal documents show that the actual purpose of Toshiba's investment in Lexar was to "corral Lexar" so that it could "effectively use engineers having system engineering strength and system support strength."
Toshiba senior executive Hideo Ito, remained on Lexar's board despite acknowledging this conflict of interest to Toshiba. He later agreed to resign his board seat but only on the condition that "Toshiba shall receive copies of all documents distributed at Board Meetings plus ... a statement that Toshiba shall receive copies of Lexar weekly reports."

As you know, of course, the "steal" business is just a way of only Toshiba Corp.

Toshiba Corp is different especially far from other Japanese companies or Toshiba employees are not company persons but criminals.

I remembered a rarely watched case. Toshiba (R&D) employee Syunsuke Migita, 28 and his 2 older co-workers of NEC Toshiba Space Systems Ltd hacked and formerly Japanese Space Agency NASDA's computer to steal Mitsubishi Electric's confidential document for NASDA's satellite Winds on Dec 12, 2001 were arrested May 30, 2002 and only Migita was guilty on Sep 6, 2002.

Fremont, CA, April 7, 2005 -- Lexar Media, Inc. announced that the Court has re-scheduled the April 13, 2005 post-trial hearing to May 16, 2005.

Toshiba Corp will mind-control the Court toward May 16, 2005. Because Lexar Media, Inc. expects that the Court will hold a hearing on Lexar's request for an injunction stopping the sale of Toshiba products using its flash memory on May 16, 2005.

Toshiba Corp answered "Flash memory supply will go stronger and stronger in FY 2005 and FY 2006.", May 13, 2005 morning Nihonkeizai Shimbun (Nikkei Newspaper) said.

Toshiba Corp, Japan - only one World's crazy for money using criminally Mind-control - will mind-control a court for May 16, 2005 Trial v. Lexar Media, Inc. to reject injunction stopping the sale of Toshiba products using its flash memory.

I e-mailed lawyers associations for justice but the e-mails might reach without any break for often Toshiba's remote-injection. (Therefore, this posted is important. This is not a spam.)

Caution:
