Kirsty, eat cereal or a slice of toast for breakfast. Then a really healthy tea, smaller that what you would usually eat. Dont eat crisps, chocolate etc and only drink at weekends.

Don't crash diet, your body metabolism will change to make it easier for you to put on weight when you start eating. (I think)

Also crash dieting is one of the things that leads to women getting stretch marks and saggy tits apparently.

I don't really know much about dieting, I'm genetically superior to everyone else, so I've never had to do it.

or catch some disease that makes you sick everything you eat. skinny in no time

or you could of course just go on your average no junk fruit instead of crisps/chocolate diet and take exercise.

Yup, thats why they say to do it with excersie, because you do excersice and build up more muscle, and because theres more muscle it requires more energy to sustain itself, so you can burn off more by doing nearly nothing

but if you just starve yourself it will all go straight back on because you've been loosing muscle cells because they havent had enough energy to sustain themselves so they deteriorate, and when you start eating normally again your body needs less energy to sustain itself so it all goes straight back as fat cells
