there is a lot to be said for anorexia


if you've got no self control it might cause problems, but if you want RESULTS then it migh be worth trying

Accept that diets dont work and you have to change your lifestyle.... If you try and make a radical change against your lifestyle the chances are you will revert back to the way you were.

Maybe move country to somewhere hotter/with more healthy food?

Maybe get a job with a lot of manual labour involved?

Find a physical exercise that you ENJOY. Id say thats the most crucial point about exercise. You wont stick something you dislike. Maybe this could be tied in with transport. I lost a *lot* of weight when I was skating everywhere. About 5 stone in six months. Put it straight back on when I stopped skating, in about 4 months.

Basically any change to your lifestyle will over a time period reflect in your body shape. Anything temporary will give temporary results.

effadrine helps....my mates have lost stones on it : )

also, if you need fatty foods, try the aitkins diet, my mate is on it now and the pounds are droipping off him


oh and also get a personal trainer and just max the gym...always good to try and lots of swimming...i mean if you want results fast you really have to put in the work and effort : )

I know people critise atkins but when i did it i lost a stone in a month, then christmas came and i put the weight back on (damn yorkshire pudding ) It really does help you lose weight but its hard to stick to as you dont always feel like a fry-up first thing every morning. And despite what people think you can still have some fruit and veggies like lettuce, cucumber, cabbage, broccolli, strawberries, blueberries and all other berries.

Also kirsty, you should come to gym with me and we can be gym buds

the aitkins diet will not work long term, as soon as you go off it you will go back to the way you were, people dont seem to understand you cant just cut one thing out of your diet, the body needs protein, carbohydrates and fat, just in the right quantities

So how come my mum lost like 3 stone on the atkins and been off it for over a year now and still not put the weight back on? And when you do atkins your not cutting out carbohydrates altogether, you just limit how much you eat, which is no different from people who limit there fat intake.
