i cut out meat, dairy, gluten, wheat, sugar and alcohol for a month once.
i ate veggies, quorn, wheat free pasta, drank loads of water and other healthy things like that. i lost a stone in a month, but i lost 5 pounds in the first 10 days. |

Apparently loosing weight gradually over a period of time is better for you than loosing a large amount quickly, as there is more chance you will keep it off if you loose it gradually.
I could find some articles on the net about it if I could be bothered, only thing is I can't vouch for it myself as I have never tried to loose weight. |

I find ramming my fingers down my throat after every meal helps, punctuated by eating several bars of chocolate and then vomiting those up too.
If that doesn't float your boat, work out how much energy you burn in a day and then eat slightly less than that through balanced food groups and you'll burn EXCESS FAT but retain MUSCLE. PS i don't have a clue about this but if i was wanting to lose weight i'd imagine receiving that advice |

Work as a chef in a pub kitchen for long enough to get bored of the food, eventually you won't want to eat at work and food is the last thing you want to see when you get home.
OR Be skint. In my student days I lived off beans on toast for a few months... followed by about 8 months of Tesco Value Instant Noodles (once I was slightly richer) - I lost a couple of stone. Although it's been coming back more with every new job I get, money = indulgence. |

eating 5 or 6 small meals a day is better than eating a large one twice a day, as it helps the body to be 'geared up' and burning those evil calories all day. you do lose weight with this method if the food you eat is relatively low in saturated fats/sugar etc bad stuff, but i always find myself still hungry after than one small grape, funny me.

CUT OUT SNACKS. Is what i've heard helps you lose weight...stick to your 3 meals a day and eat well in the morning to keep you going till lunch. Also try not to eat after eight at night as apparantly your metabolism slows down at night. or something.
p.s. i really dunno how much of that is correct |
