Toshiba Corp v. Toshiba communist laborer group Trial (in Japan)

Reversely, Toshiba Corp has filed in the Tokyo District Court (Japan) a lawsuit against Setsuo Imai's Toshiba communist laborer group "Association of Toshiba Workers for Defending Human Rights and Eliminating All Forms of Discrimination". The trial has started on Mar 11, 2005. Toshiba Corp had refused the order when Setsuo Imai's Toshiba communist laborer group won versus Toshiba Corp on Nov 30, 2004 trial at Central Labour Relations Commission of the Ministry of Labor, Japan.
After Mar 11, 2005, the trial was held on May 18, 2005 and will be held on Jul 6, 2005.

I never don't support Setsuo Imai's group although I hate Toshiba Corp and I knew Toshiba Corp are atrocious, because Setuo Imai's group has hided that Toshiba Fuchu communist laborers theft 300 million yen and that Toshiba Corp positively hided the Toshiba criminals together. (I hate the both. I suspect also Setsuo Imai's group as Toshiba's Mind-control Abusers to me.)
Fairly I say, Setsuo Imai's group claims Toshiba's discrimination of salary and promotion but many Setsuo Imai's group members got only junior high school education. The case is not rare in the World. (But "Toshiba-Ogikai", Toshiba's way to dominate employees, is pretty rare in the World.)
Toshiba laborers are unnaturally stronger against atrocious Toshiba Corp and Toshiba-Ogikai. After 2000, most of Toshiba laborers changed from communists to democrats. Even small Setsuo Imai's Toshiba communist laborer group are unnaturally strong.

Setsuo Imai's Toshiba communist laborer group met the officials at UN Global Compact Head office, NY, USA in a week including May 2, 2005. (But the group wouldn't explain that Toshiba Fuchu communist laborers theft 300 million yen on Dec 10, 1968 and then Toshiba Corp started Toshiba-Ogikai in 1969 to watch crazy Toshiba communist laborers.)
Then, Mr. S of the Toshiba communist laborer group joined UN NPT conference at New York and San Francisco as a UN Global Compact member for World Peace but rather, he should appeal Toshiba's Mind-control for World Peace. (I don't know who is Mr. S - Setsuo Imai, any(?) Shimono, Sada (or Tadashi) Honda or the other.)

Takeyuki Hirabayashi was Toshiba Corporate Baseball Club General Manager until Mar 31, 2003 although I said that (Mr.) Yoshinobu Suzuki, formerly a Toshiba Corporate Baseball Club director, is a typical Toshiba-Ogikai member and that he became Toshiba Medical President for Medical Doctor Takaya Honda v Toshiba Medical Corp Trial on Jan 1, 2000.

Toshiba Corp is crazy for money. (But Toshiba's money is shared to Toshiba persons not Toshiba Corp, Toshiba stockholders.)
Crazier for money, next Toshiba President Atsutoshi Nishida, who married an Iranian for Iranian business, is more risky than crazy for money, current Toshiba President Tadashi Okamura.
Now in 2005 yen depreciation begins again. I believe, Toshiba Corp is preparing to sell SED (a kind of FED) display TV set to the World in late 2005, so, Toshiba Corp made 2003 Japan's plasma and LCD display TV set booming to sell Toshiba's display LSI and digital BS tuner inside most of the TV sets.
In 2004 Sony Corp and Mitsubishi Electric Corp could sell FED display TV set and in 2003 Hitachi Ltd and Matsushita Electric Industrial Co could sell Plasma display TV set and before Sharp Corp could sell LCD display TV set, but America still didn't have the TV set booming.

overall i agree, but, as sequels go, i'd say it's above average. the predominant message of ridiculous paranoia does not seem to have been toned down to appeal more to the masses, which, in my eyes, is at least one good thing to be said for it.

Yes, i agree. With a little more quantity, as the last one, the 3rd in the trilogy could be as good, or - maybe even better.

On Jul 6, 2005, I went to the Tokyo District Court (Japan) to know the names of Toshiba communist laborers.
Originally, Toshiba communist laborer group v. Toshiba Corp Trial was set by Mr. Yasuaki Kaneko (Chairperson), Mr. Masaru Sodeyama, Mr. Hiromitsu Ebine, Mr. Yoshiyuki Shiroma (or Jouma), Mr. Akio Shimono, Mr. Akira Uchida, Mr. Sada (or Tadashi) Honda, Mr. Tomio Suzuki, Mr. Tsuyoshi Igarashi and Mr. Tatsumi Yonemura of Kawasaki and Yokohama Branches and 2 factories.
(It is unchangable that Tomohiro Takahashi, RMG and many his workers of Toshiba General Affairs Division mind-control-abuse me as I always say, but I suspect some Toshiba communist laborers also mind-control-abuse me.)

Tsuyoshi Kaneko wasn't listed. Possibly, Mr. Setsuo Imai, the leader of Toshiba communist laborer group, is Mr. Yasuaki Kaneko in real.

Setsuo Imai wasn't there this day. He might watch the court in Toshiba Komukai factory against Toshiba's Mind-control. Noone can win v. crazy Toshiba Corp if they do. I believe crazier Toshiba communist laborer group will win against crazy Toshiba Corp.

Akio Shimono was the leader this day. I could see Akio Shimono is a good old man. He maybe isn't Jyunichiro Shimono, a Toshiba mind-control investor.

Their trial finished in only 15 minutes. Maybe no meanning. Toshiba Corp would take time intentionally.

I really hope USA dominates Japan again to rescue innocent non-Toshiba persons from atrocious Toshiba persons.

(In my case, the criminals mainly are Tomohiro Takahashi and Shigeru Ootsuka of Toshiba General Affairs Division and Kiichi Ogata and Toshihiro Sawaoka (an employee of DVD trading section) of Toshiba IEG Division. They worked as Toshiba-Ogikai member for Taizo Nishimuro, Toshiba President in Apr 1999. But I have suspected Kawasaki-based and Yasuaki Kaneko-led communist Toshiba factory/call center laborers are also more atrocious criminals for some reasons. Cowardly Toshiba persons perfectly interrupt my e-mailing on kanamaru_seitaro@hotmail.com and my accessing to US Senator homepages from Dec 23, 2005. Although I think I go to Washington DC to be rescued from Toshiba's crime mind-control-abuse in Feb or Mar 2006.)
