Nosebleed

i felt it all gathering in my nose last ngith and again today it feels all warm and like its about to explode

fuck fuck fuck, any fool proof prevention methods?

In first year my Geography teacher made me snort hot water up my nose from the tap in order to get all the blood out.

i just put a tissue up there and leave it till i can feel the blood crusifying and then take out the tissue and blow my nose and make sure its ok.

You should never blow your nose when you have a nosebleed. I have been getting them since i was about two, i am the nosebleed queen!!!

You should pinch the bridge of your nose while your head is forward, this will stop the bleeding. You must also pull out the blood clot a few minutes after it has stopped bleeding. If you don't and you go lie down it could slip down the back of your throat, and believe me it doesn't taste nice, or you choke on it.

Yeah you get this clot which is like mucus but thick and red, it's usually quite big, but it depends on how long the bleeding lasts. I usually use cotton buds to get it out, cos you could kinda twist the clot around them, i know it sounds gross but you have to take it out, your nose feels really empty after it.
