arrrgh, i don't see him as much now as i used to but he came out to me about a year ago at the reading rooms and told me how he's transexual, he wants to move to amsterdam for a sex change and that he wants to be called Alanna. scarier still is that a few years before that, at the old westie we were pished and kissed with tongues for a laugh cos a mate of mine had a camera.

Anyone who lives in or around barnhill has to be familiar with the penny man. He'd spend all day wandering around the streets picking up pennies, a mate of mine found him standing in his drive holding up a dead bird, which was probably badly mutilated if it had anything to do with my mates cat. He shouted something like "what the fuck are you doing in my drive you mental old cunt?" and he pointed at the bird and said "deh buh! deh buh!" I heard a rumour he was rich and lived in a massive house and he'd just lost the plot.

Al's a fuckin good guy. most of you'll know he's had aloada problems and shit. Im guessing this is the dudes way of getting through them.
