yeah, theres a guy with the same kinda voice in arbroath, he once said hi to me, i didnt laught i felt bad for him coz apparently it was somthing medical fuck knows i cant remember

That's actually a sketch from an Icelandic (i think) comedy programme. I was gutted to find that out.

i know, i was gutted too, there is a longer version of the clip where after the high voice guy this guy with a stupidly low voice in the audience starts talking too...
