I play guitar for Obscenic, so don't give me that whole "over categorising shit is pointless" nonsense. If we were straight up Death Metal, i would have said that. However, we have some Crowbar/Heartscarved-esque harmonies going on, along with alot of beatdown-y sections. Hence Death MetalCORE.

but guitarist's know what there doing. so alright there
