You're wrong that it isn't paradise though. If you worship Mogroth the sky alien enough (and also give us enough money) then eventually you will become "enlightenatederized", and the gas will no longer be toxic to you.

The gas on venus is only toxic to us because we've been affected by "bad alien" rays from the bad aliens. I can give you treatment for the bad alien rays if you want, but it will cost you...
