yea it is.

i know a lot of people (including myself before trying the extract) that are under the illusion that salvia doesnt do anything, but its all down to what kind as such. Anything under a strong extract wont work, its too weak. years ago tried some someone bought from one of the shops in town, was about 10x i think, was useless. try some 30x or higher in a pipe and youll see what i mean!
