Does anyone else know of at least 3 or 4 couples that have split up in the past month? It's getting a bit crazy...

Is there something in the water? Has everyone developed some sort of couples' Seasonal Affective Disorder?

What the hell is going on?

I'm aware that this thread might be relegated to 'pish' status, but it's actually creeping me out.

I split up with a long-term gf in January and 2 others since. It's fucking pish. Loads of people I know have split up with partners in 2007 too, I think this year is cursed.

Yeah, I know a few couples that have split up in the last few months. One of the couples seems to be sorted now though.

Perhaps the fact that things are going really well for me relationship-wise has thrown the balance of the universe out of whack
