this whole healthy eating thing is a con - im sure of it. some people are bigger than others and thats just the size of it.

I mean im a diabetic binge drinker who lives pretty much on chips and vegetable curries yet im 6 foot 5 and 12 stone. just naturaly scrawny i guess. or i have worms.....

God, being a chef is the worst thing eer for weight. I was a chef in a crepe cafe in Canada and for a meal we would just make ourselves anything we wanted- and how many we wanted. I ate at least 1 crepe a day for months- put on quite a bit of weight. Thankfully I had a gym in my building then ate pretty shitty food in Central America for 3 weeks so I lost some of it.
Still carrying a little bit though. But the Crepes were good.
