ok, if your obese for medical reasons, then fair game.
if your fat coz you eat too much shite and dont excersize, then either get trim or get yerself put down ...
what does it take to work out a bit and stop grossing out the rest of us ?
im only happy in life coz im not fat

I'm getting fat, can't be arsed exercising though. I have enough chat to counteract the belly right now, might do something about it if gets worse.

The only effective diet for lazy cunts like myself is smoking.

The cancer, coughing like a TB victim and being rendered absolutely useless at sports (excluding mild jogs to catch a bus) get in the way of the healthy lifestyle though.

the more you excersize, the more your body gets used to it and the more you keep doing it coz it becomes sooooooo easy once you pass the lazy boundry.
plus it will help you in other aspects of your life once you adopt the GUNG HO mentality lol

I remember when I went to Florida. I'm pretty sure that all the people that were using the electric wheelchairs at all the theme parks were doing so not because they were disabled, but because they were fat. Seriously. I've never been to a fatter country in my life and these people know how to eat, continuously.
