Shiona worked in BT broadband and Tesco call centers for a short period. From what she tells me, I'm glad I've never had to do the same.

I work in the Tesco call centre. Its not actually that bad as long as you get off calls onto emails or letters, that way your always doing different things. Ans for a filler job its not bad considering its pretty easy and I get 7.20 an hour.

Yeah, a few people I know that work in call centres have said that emails aren't so bad, but hard to get onto an email team.

i think at £6 and above an hour its good as a filler job, it not like you need any more training than how to use the equipment and system and if you have mates there its the best paying pisstake ever. but there is people that have worked in there or similar places for well over 20 years. i mean, how shit would that be? if they take me on im there till june at latest.

never worked in that place, but if its anywhere near as horrible as client logic then steer clear!

Although i would say, that would be very very hard.
