it's nothing to do with whether they eat meat or not, they just eat badly.

I'm one of them, I wouldn't be surprised if I am anaemic and have a load of other malnourishment problems. I'm just lazy when it comes to eating well.

Im sure there are people who hav found a way to be vegan etc and still remain as healthy as a person who eats a full diet, but i am yet to meet them. As far as i know any person who is vegan and is just as health as some one with a full diet has had some sort of help in the form of pills and multi vitimains.
