well, im better than all of you.

My gigs are so alternative, i just put up plain a4 sheets with GIG written in bold and nothing else, the person interested then has to turn the poster over to find a treausre map, once they find the treasure chest (an old tesco bag, spray painted with a lime sorbee green with a hint of intellectual penii beige) they will find a piece of paper with the date of said event on it, and on the back another map...this will be repeated until they have the date, venue, bands (1 band per bag, to save the earth from global warming i have replaced the bags for these with hand made sacks made of the finest kashmir)

My success with this speaks for itself - your shit.

Most amusing pics, although to be fair I do understand people's criticism of Alex's. If I was wandering through the centre of town the design may catch my eye but I'm not gonna run over to decipher it... Big and bold does have it's uses.

Our posters are unashamedly crap, largely because I have the design nous of your standard 70s high rise architect and everyone else is too lazy to try their hand at it. Not to worry though, because so long as the information gets across, who cares about a poster? It's nice if they're nice - my little brother drew us a beauty for the Latterman gig a while ago - but that just means they get stolen and you need to go and reposter more often, which is annoying.
