i'm really sad cos i can't eat pop tarts, they all seem to have gelatine in them and being a vegetarian that's a no-no for me. i feel i am missing out on a huge chunk of enjoyment. muller light yoghurt also, why does there have to be bits of beef spine in it?
i despair!

Read an article recently... to get around the agreement that she isn't allowed to talk to the media about the marriage etc she's arranging a TV show for her sister in America. Scum.

As for her comments about not having enough money etc... surely she must be playing the villain in a bid to receive further press & attention. I doubt anyone in their right mind would genuinely say to the public (many of which can only afford one break a year) that she's in poverty with £24m...

Malnutrition? How is that possible? If you eat enough of the right fruits it can be just as healthy as vegetarianism but obviously it isn't for eveyone as every body is different.

surely if you only eat fruit, you can't have nearly as varied a diet as a vegetarian? you can't have rice, beans, pulses etc.

I'm not a dietician or even a nutritionist.

You can get mostly everything you need without eating grains, pulses, beans, meat and fruit.

It is a completely different lifestyle as you have to graze constantly but it is completely possible.
