I wouldn't say Coalesce as thats someone elses property but a night not too dissimilar from early Kerosene, Chopper @ Fat Sams etc.

The night is organic enough to grow and change with the audience that it attracts without it becming to heavy on one genre of music.

I hope you run all the sound and light gear from power generated by wind turbines. We wouldn't want to increase the CARBON FOOTPRINT of Abertay.

I dunno if I will be at the first one, but it's highly likely I will make it along to this at some point. Dundee needs to have something like this again. The alternative scene was a lot more interesting when you had a night on in the union every second week.

Plus I've never been to the new Abertay union, as they still had the old shitty one when I graduated. (Which is now Realtime World's offices strangely enough, and my desk is really close to the gym area, where I had a few of my exams, and also got drunk a few times when Floodlight was on)

Abertays union is pretty good. Im biased and say that Dundee Union from 4 years ago was better (before that crappy 'Air' bar....) but i've found the drinks to be decntly priced and the area quite comfortable when popping along now and again to SARs nights (nay, not the disease, the rock nights). Will CARBON be in the basement area or somewhere else? (sorry if this has been mentioned and i have just foolishly overlooked it...)
