Fender squire, or fender?
if fender, are you looking for a mexican or USA one?

rough price guide for new:
Squire: £130 (ish)
Mex Fender : £340 (ish)
USA Fender : from £600 - £10,000 (ish)

hope that helps a bit?

its all about the 2 voloum knobs mate, arse about with them long enough and youl have the next best thing, well when compared to my mate who owns a p-bass it sounded pretty much the same. probebely didnt help the fact the strings on my bass wer old though, know how p-basses have that raw older sound.

but like i said, all about the 2 voloum knobs

Well.....being the owner of both of these fine Fender products and being a bass player for **years im fucked if I could make one sound like the other regardless of how many knobs I have.....
