Punk rock drummer wanted!

Hi, I'm putting together a DIY punk rock band who'll practise in Aberdeen and we need a drummer.
- The band will play punk rock with ska bits, but I hesitate to use the phrase 'ska-punk' cuz that reminds me of crappy corporate whore bands for some reason!
- I write political lyrics, so the more interested in politics you are the better but I suppose apathetics are welcome too!
- Influences shared by me (vocals/bass) and Joe (guitar) are: NOFX, Operation Ivy, Rancid, Misfits, TSOL, Dead Kennedys, MDC, Bad Religion etc etc... but as long as you're willing to play along to fast punk rock it matters not!
- It doesn't matter where you live (hell, I'll have to travel 50 miles from my home in Moray to practise with my own band!

) but you must be able to go to Aberdeen and practise now and then, and also be free all of summer 2004 as we hope to go on tour then.

That's about it, sorry for such a large post but I don't want to end up with a drum machine or something!!

p.s good luck with the band, good luck finding a drummer, that was our prob at the start!! now we just use sum random guy who gets no credit

Ha, well, I must admit at least Busted don't pretend to be 'punk', they're just made to have a 'punky' image and then magazines etc call them 'punk'.

But yea, finding a drummer up here not into metal is hard, so can anyone help?
