WIRELESS GUITAR SYSTEM for sale
Im selling my wireless as the guitar plug in doesnt fit properly on my new guitar. Was bought just over a year ago for about £170
you can get hold of it for around £150 now but will sell for £80 only been gigged a few times (less than 10) and always seemed very reliable, never had any problem with it. here it is: ![]() best for a guitar with a gibson style input, as it wont fit on a fender style input. Heres what it says on the website: SAMSON AIRLINE AF1/AP1 STRAT GUITAR UHF WIRELESS SYSTEM The revolutionary Samson AirLine "plug-in" guitar transmitters come in two versions: the Samson AF1 for Strat-style inputs and the Samson AG1 for traditional Gibson-style end-mount inputs and all others. This is the Samson Airline AF1 strat style UHF transmitter. Both the AF1 and AG1 transmitters match with the AP1 receiver. Less than half the size of conventional body packs, the AF1 transmitter runs on a tiny triple-A battery (not supplied) with 14-hour battery life. The Samson AP1 receiver is stompbox sized, powered either by a standard 9V alkaline battery (not supplied) or an optional 12 volt adapter, has a standard unbalanced high impedance (5-10k ohm) 1/4" TS jack output to your mixer or amplifier, and a Squelch control to remove spurious noise from the AP1 receiver's output. Unplug the output from the AP1 receiver and the battery is disabled to conserve power. The Samson Airline wirless guitar system operates in the UHF frequency band. UHF operates in a higher frequency range than VHF systems. The VHF range is very highly populated with traffic, and because the VHF signal has a longer wave length, VHF radio signals pass through non-metallic walls easier than a UHF signal, making VHF wireless systems more prone to radio interference. Though more expensive than VHF wirelss, UHF is well worth the extra cost. The Samson AirLine uses a diversity receiver. A diversity receiver contains two seperate antennaes, each antennae has an independent receiver and the signals are demodulated seperately. The main unit scans these two outputs and seamlessly selects the output with the strongest signal for processing. The result is a wireless system with fewer drop outs, less interference and more reliable reception. http://www.samsontech.com/products/p...cfm?prodID=145 http://www.imuso.co.uk/ProductDetail...ckCode=EG00389 cheers. |
