Musicians Wanted

I am looking for musicians to start a band with, mainly acoustic guitarists and singers (any voice range) but I would also be interested in keyboard players or percussionists, or anything else interesting.

The idea for the band is to do pop and rock songs arranged as laid-back acoustic songs. If you've heard Radio 1's Live Lounge or Richard Cheese's "Lounge Against The Machine", or the album "Rock The Jazzbar" then think along those lines. If you haven't and might be interested I can send you some music. I think there's a market for a band like this, and by going for a more "intimate" style of group we will be able to play in smaller venues (and get paid for it).

A bit about me - I've been playing bass for over 10 years and studied music at college, so if you're experienced don't worry about being in a band with people who are just starting to learn. On the other hand you don't need years of experience as long as you are keen and serious about playing.
