ok.do you guys like slick shoes? i cant help but notice that one of your songs sound excactly the same as one of the slick shoes songs.do you know the one that i mean?! track two on far from no-where or whatever it is called,there newest cd.

it has the same beatdown at the end of the chorus into the verse and the verse is the same.i dont know if you guys ment it or not, but i thot i'd bring it to your attention.

also i think you guys should maybe think about dropping those stupid song that fill out and waste half your set time like, "head, shoulders, knees and toes" and that other stupuid song where davey doesn't play guitar.

we found that slickshoes song after we wrote go it alone...
pissed us off... its only that one section and it is actually different...but... no we aint droppin our dodgy covers! Because its part of what we do ! Fun is necesary in a gig e can't all be serious emo punk bands! You need some fun .. Neways thanks for the feedback though !

hmmm....i know excactly what the lad means....it's the bridge between the chorus and verse.

it's the same chord progression also,but if you guys didn't hear the song til afterwards i dont think it'd be much2 worry about.it's not like your whole set revolves around the one song.

pretty funny tho.i heard the milf songs lyrics the other day, funny!

I wouldn't worry about it lads your new stuff sounds ace and you guys now sound better than u ever have. Anyway to be honest when i first heard that slick shoes song i was pretty sure i had heard that chord progression used b4 by other bands in the past anyway.

hmmm...

i cant say i've really noticed any songs with that sort of bridge between the chorus and verse.it's very noticiable.you should maybe work it differently...i dunno it's obviously not my band or song but it's just a suggestion.

Hey there sports fans

loads & loads & loads of bands have that chord progression in carpenteria. bloody hell. so if they sound like it then who cares? when I 1st heard them I thought they were really good, also like I said before I didnt like the head shoulders knee's song, but it's still quite funny, they are still aloud to have fun arent they?
