I agree with rossie to an extent.
Felt used to be really fucking good. Well, it still is really fucking good but it's changed a bit.
The things that have changed for me (for the worse) are the lack of seats, lack of cheap beer and lack of space on the dancefloor to run around. All results of it's growing popularity.

Elitist? me? never...

ps. i'm still a BIG fan of felt
pps. i can't go as much as i'd like to becasue of school

I only started going to Felt a couple of months ago. I went because I fancied a chilled night out, and I enjoyed it. and I still enjoy it, I really can't get my head around all this whining about scenesters and ass kissing. it's just a bit busier. what does disturb me is how the focus on UGS has shifted rapidly away from gigs and bands and events, and more towards Felt banter. nothing wrong with talking about having fun with your friends, but remember the site actually has some functionality too.
