Has anyone read this totally amazing book?

I fucking loved it, must have read it about 3 times, the film wasnt so good cos they missed out a lot.

Not yet, though it is sitting there waiting to be read. I want to read the book before I see the film though

It's one of my favourites! Although i did lend the book to my friend a couple of years ago, and he managed to lose it., so i havent read it for ages.

I first read it years ago, way before i saw the film, and i loved it. I think a lot of people are put off by the language though.

aye, i read it many years ago, it is amazing, i think the film did it great justice too, but was kinda different. the language in the book made it a bit hard going to begin with but i soon got used to it.

i saw the film before the book (even though i had the book first) but my friend has it....any chance of getting it back gabrillowise(avril)? unless you havent read it yet...

i cried at this film...one of the few films i have cried at...when he got the front part of his brain removed. whats that called again? it's just sick how people did that, how they thought it would resolve problems, just because they couldnt be bothered putting them on lengthy 'training' schemes. they wanted the problem dealt with asap.

Only saw the first half of the film. I'm interested what the therapy will look like.
