i aquired this movie abnout two weeks ago but haven't really got round to watching it yet............should really watch it, it looks pretty good....is it better than the original (doubtful), i wasn't really a big fan of the first film...didn't really think it was that good

i found the first one really scary, though I do not have a penchant for ouji boards as they scare me shitless...i know i would be vvv scared watching this but am tempted to go and see it

it might sound abit testoterone fueled, but i wasnt scared of the exorcist, i found it really enjoyable. sydow rules!

i think because of all the ridicule in other films i couldnt take the possessed girl seriously.

i WAS going to see this new one, but i refused to go to the cinema to watch bridget jones's fat arse , lifes about sacrifices i suppose.

Eerie Von is conspicuous by his absence. There's no Max Von Sydow either.

I thought Stellan Skarsgård was great as Father Merrin, but apart from that, it wasn't much cop.

The very beginning was great with all the upside-down crucified soldiers and the idea of a buried church is pretty eerie, but I didn't think the rest of the film was all that good. I think there should have been more Nazis and less computer graphics.
If you've seen the first Exorcist film then I would watch the Exorcist III Legion. A really good sequal to the original film.

I downloaded this. I thought it was absolute shite. You guy's need to watch some actual scary movies. Like the Ring. Or Dawn of the Dead. Or 28 days later. Or pretty much any recent horror film that didn't fall pray to the whole "horror isn't scary anymore, so we'll do it while rolling our eyes at it" thing.

i personaly didn't find any of them scary, all good movies but just not scary, the exorcist (original) was scarier than them, that wasn't even that scary

theres a lot more scarier than that nowave. you need to get back to the classics and less of the teen slashers.

Never seen ring, the other 2 definitely aren't scary though, 28 days later is pretty pathetic, the only time I jumped was when my friends cat landed on top of me half way through.
