I have a question about the film collateral... [SPOILERS]

I was talking to someone about films this morning because he wants to see Saw so i was saying the ending was a surprise, the actings shit all the way through, but the ending is worth it.

Anyway, I asked if he had seen Collateral cos there's meant to be a twist at the end. I haven't seen it, but my question is, stay with me on this one....

Jamie Foxx is the taxi driver throughout and Tom Cruise the assisinator, well that's the gist I get from the trailers.

Is the whole thing a set up, so at the end of the film, Jamie Foxx kills Tom Cruise.

Just wondering, like..

Also is the film any good??

It's a horribly simplified way of summarising it and it misses the point but yes.
