anyone seen this? one of my all time favourite films. cool as fuck 80s punk soundtrack, completely mental storyline, a suburban punk gets a job as a repo man (the guys who get sent out to reposess cars when the owner hasn't kept up their repayments) and ends up unknowingly pursuing the car of a lobotomised nuclear scientist with something very dangerous in the boot.

yeah - its a pretty funny film

The soundtrack is a lot better than the movie though

totally love repo man, there some nice touches like the standardised packaging on everything in the shops.
some great lines as well:
"It happens sometimes. People just explode . . . natural causes."
"let's go do some crimes.
Yeah! Let's go get sushi and not pay."
" Suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. Suddenly somebody'll say like plate, or shrimp, or plate of shrimp--out of the blue, no explanation. No point of looking for one either. It's all part of the cosmic unconsciousness."

actually i haven't watched it for a while, might stick it on later

It's a good film, but it was the soundtrack that really made an impression on me too.

We got a copy of the film at work recently but someone borrowed it and wrecked it before I could watch it again for old time's sake. Grrrrr.
