The acid house
anyone seen this? based on 3 short stories taken from the book by irvine welsh, the guy who wrote trainspotting. i think it's a far more realistic portrayal of scotland than trainspotting was, which, lets face it, as good a film as it was, was pretty much a fashion show for heroin chic. loads of mad metaphysical shit going on, not to mention boab and doreen. imagine that's your mum and dad. go on imagine it. "aw no, doreen, no the shite..........."

i went to see aberfeldy a wee while ago.
you know on "a soft touch", the really hard guy that beats people up and dances to marc bolan? at the gig everyone was sitting on the floor quite tightly packed together, then about 6 foot from the stage, "hard guy" stands up and starts skippy dancing in an odd way. hmm. great film but |
