i love this film, it inspired the primal scream album of the same name. it's basically just one very long car chase with a supercool soundtrack, a guy who delivers cars makes a bet with his speed dealer he can get his white turbocharged dodge challenger across state in 24 hours. the camerawork is amazing, beautifull panning shots of miles of desert with that 70s tint that noone seems to quite get right in all those retro movies. clevon little jr, the sherriff from blazing saddles, plays a blind dj who tries to guide the hero, kowalski, over the radio.

I think I was pretty stoned when i watched this years ago, will have to watch it again, v. cool
