Really? Wow. The scene with Marv going through his checklist had QT's name all over it. I enjoyed this movie far more than I expected to, given the last comic/film I watched was Constantine (which is awful btw).

Shit yeah... I forgot about that bit, I actually thought that scene was dragged out a bit much - didn't like some of the colouring either... but still - there wasn't really a weak scene in the film.

Apparently, they filmed all 3 books in their entirety and whittled them down to produce the film. It's been said that when the Special Edition of the DVD comes out around christmas it will have EVERYTHING left in so you'll be able to watch all 3 seperate characters stories as individual parts.

This is still a rumour at the moment but the general consensus is that this is what they will do.

I saw this film tonight, LOVED IT, really well done and i thought it was very QT the way you saw the merging of books at the end (well, near the end, in the bar when bruce willis's character see's nancy again)

the checklist bit had me thinking it was him to

just really amazed how well it turned out and how comic-booky it was, really good stuff!

Anyone else find the emotionally void face of kevin disturbing? (yeah i know its meant to, but ive not been disturbed like that in a film for years)

Actually I thought that was one of the best colour features in the movie, when they were in black and white other than the coloured light shining into the car and the drips of water it caught onto.

The rain effects pissed me off though. It conveniently splashed everywhere except for on the actual characters and their clothes. : P

One of my fvaourite moments was when the senator was at the bottom of the hospital bed. It was very short but was so clostrophobic and made you feel like you were in that bed and couldnt move.

Aye, before i saw it i was unsure about the colouring, but it worked really well, just the little things you notice, the subtlies (ok, some were not so subtle) with the colour were great, really well done
