To be fair you can't really blame an actor for doing the same thing in most films. Actors get cast for roles (sometimes before the part is written) and directors tell them how to play the part.

There are a few people who pretty much play the same role all the time, its a shame because they are professionals and can probably do so much more, just so happens nobody will give them a chance.
