there was talk on the net cos i think someone (maybe campbell, englund or raimi) mentioned it in a tongue in cheek kinda way.

Bubba Ho-Tep 2 is being considered aparently.

yes john, vipco films should definitely count, theyve been responsible for releasing some absolute classics over the years, especially previously baned horror films.

Folks,

I love the 'best' Vipco films, (whatever that mans in this context), but I've also seen some real turnips on the label.

Anyone got a list of what to see/buy on Vipco and what to avoid?

What I don't like much are those cannibal films where a couple of 80s teens are wandering around somewhere in the Maldives among a few mud spattered locals - yawn. But the zombies - hmmm - nice!

there was talk but it died off, sure it mentions it on the website on the first post.
i think they are going for another freddy Vs Film but cant remember the last rumored details, just check it out if interested i guess.

*I read this in an interview with englund in DVD World Magazine*

freddy versus ash was gonna be made, raimi, englund and campbell were all up for it...

but... campbell would only agree to play ash again if he could be the one that finally killed off freddy forever, englund said fair enough - raimi was dreaming up the plot

FUCKIN NEW LINE DENIED IT !!!

(basically they didn't wanna kill off the freddy franchise for good - so chances are we won't be seeing campbell as ash again - but we will be seeing a more of freddy !!)

Usually Im quite weak stomached to watch most horror stuff but recently watched House of 1000 Corpses again after watching a wee bit of it ages ago, not too shabby. didnt like Hostel so much so dont think I'll be watching Hostel 2.

Has anyone heard of Fred Vogel's August Underground films? Theres 3 out, AU, Mordum and Penance...all meant to be gory as fuck, so yeah, anyone on here seen any of them?

I enjoy a lot of horror films even though most of em really are shite, one of the most unsettling films Ive ever seen is "dead mans shoes" isnt exactly a horror but by god that stayed with me for a few days. Also "pulse" was surprisingly jumpy...ing.
