The Science of Sleep

Did anyone see this at the DCA when it was on? Finished last Wednesday I think, managed to catch it on the last night, been thinking about it ever since.

It's Michel Gondry's new one (Eternal Sunshine, Block Party, countless amazing music videos) and it's one of the best things I've seen (probably, i tend to get carried away). It's just very unique and original and while the plot is kind of thin, the weird humour, odd film sets and fantastic performances really make it something special. It's very surreal and parts of it are in French but it's not really a foreign language film.

I'm not sure what the sketch of a DVD release is here but make sure you check it out when it arrives, especially if you're an Eternal Sunshine fan.
