comic convention?

Any one else going? Its next month the 25th and 26th... I got a feeling its gonna be full of those TOTAL FUCKING CUNTS who pretend to like comics because they like what it says about them, the connotations of comics and all the rest, the ones who break the spine and fold down corners in your books

(they're all in my top ten most hated current things...I'm sorry I'm being a bitch for no reason....I cant help it, it bothers me THAT much)

Its free, and becuase I'm thinking of doing comics for my dissertation I'm gonna go... hopefully it'll be awesome.

I shout at people who dog ear pages and break spines! Especially so if it is my book. Seeing on someone elses book makes me twitch.

I've always wanted to start collecting comics but never known where to start. So many out there. I feel like a knob when i'm in a comic shop because i have no clue what i'm looking at / for.

i wanted to collect all the Futurama comics but found getting hold of certain ones was rather costly so downloaded them all on PDF.

once i have enough spare cash i do plan to purchase every one of them

i always just look for anything Futurama/Simpsons related!

I look at manga/anime stuff, dragonball/z and x men stuff. also just random stuff that looks interesting!

I try to look at anything that isn't the penetrating glare of the fish-eyed oddball behind the till on the rare occasion I go into a comic shop.

I remember when the Black Hole first opened at In-Shops (where TJ hughes is now). It was in a shop unit 6 foot by 6 foot!!

I used to spend about £20 a week on comics back then. And that was when comics were way cheaper!!!

On the plus side, i have a lot of comics now that are worth a lot of cash

I have the first TMNT and also the original Crow comics.

I think my Spawn ones might be worth something, but I haven't checked. The last comic price guide book i bought was in 1994. haha.
