After missing it at the DCA i got it on DVD and watched it today.

I thought it was really good! Very funny and not always in typical gag type ways.

It was an incredibly refreshing role for Owen Wilson, i thought.

Three American brothers who have not spoken to each other in a year set off on a train voyage across India with a plan to find themselves and bond with each other -- to become brothers again like they used to be. Their "spiritual quest", however, veers rapidly off-course (due to events involving over-the-counter pain killers, Indian cough syrup, and pepper spray), and they eventually find themselves stranded alone in the middle of the desert with eleven suitcases, a printer, and a laminating machine. At this moment, a new, unplanned journey suddenly begins.

One of the better films i've seen recently, for sure.

Agreed, great film.

I did go and see it at the DCA, with an audience that included a woman vomiting into her hand; a man who's laughing didn't really coincide with what was going on onscreen; and another guy who, after seeing Natalie Portman get her paps out, stated "I thought this was a comedy?".
So probably for the best that you didn't go and see it at the DCA.

Brilliant film. Owen Wilson is great. Infact, Adrien Brody and Jason Schwartzman were awesome in this too.

Thanks for reminding me this existed, I love Wes Anderson movies so I'm *ahem* backing this up right now from Mininova....

Will watch my back up of Cloverfield later.
