i have a film that beats it, Platoon :P loved that. Infact, Platoon, Hamburger Hill, Full Metal Jacket and Empire of the Sun, are my fav war films.

The war scenes in Forrest Gump were cool and Saving Private Ryan is brilliant too.

Something about war films, i just love em. I wish they would make a big budget pirate film, i love them too.

Full metal jacket is classic though. 'I'm gonna tear you a new ass hole'.

the bit where they're all lined up and the major is spouting his shit then one of the guys goes "why i'm john wayne..."
