Exclamation The Goonies
I've been giving this Spielberg 'classic' some serious thought lately and while i am sure it is a marvel of modern film-making and cinematography i am not all that convinced that these kids were a little out their depth!!!

I know that their homes may have been at risk but surely there must have been some kind of re-housing package or even compensation due from the evil developer?

Also was it wise to embark on a foolhardy expidition through an ill-maintained sewer system accompanied by an ashmatic, a large deformed gentleman with special needs and a bumbling fat incompetant? A proper risk assessment of this caper should have been carried out and formal written permission should have been obtained from the parents / guardians of those involved!

My advice is that they should have informed the appropriate authorities of any illegal activity, ill-treatment of mutated but lovable giants or hidden treasure. In these incidents it is always wise to remember safety first!!!

The Goonies is an unmissible film for anyone. I've yet to meet anyone who doesn't like it and if I ever do meet someone who doesn't like it I shall kick him/her/them in the shin
