rather interesting draw for both comps!

already had two rangers fans telling me "to kick fuck oot them".

i can see liverpool being hammered(or is it wishful thinking)
chelsea should get through.
ac milan vs arsenal. two teams i hate but shall watch the games(as long as don't conflict)
celtic-barca is a tough. parkhead being a fortress AND the obv fuss the fans will make "beat them cause rangers can't" but then again,it's barca. can tear apart the best of them.

UEFA cup wise i'm clueless.such only seen a few of the team splay and by that i mean rangers,spurs and everton. :S

Celtic won't do as well against Barcelona as they have done in the past, they're much weaker than they were, especially defensively. I want Celtic to do well but I can't see it. It'll take something special from them.

Aberdeen were looking at a tough draw no matter what so it's good they got the biggest team. Just making the last 32 was a massive achievement and playing Bayern will be a great experience. Remember when Raith Rovers played Bayern a few years ago?

On paper Rangers should beat Panathinaikos, I watched them when they beat Aberdeen 3-0 in the group stages and they weren't that great, despite the scoreline. Aberdeen's inexperience cost them dear, and the scoreline flattered the Greeks. We'll need to be careful though, Panathinaikos stopped us qualifying from our Champs League group in 2003 in a game everyone thought we'd win. If Rangers do win we'll play either Werder Bremen or Brann (most likely Bremen) which is also winnable, but then I said that before the 3-0 defeat to Lyon.

Don't really care about the English teams except Everton and Bolton... Everton should go through but I can't see it happening for Bolton.

Looking forward to it all though!

aye, 1-1 at parkhead, then 3-1 barca at the nou camp.

Aberdeen have no chance of getting through though. They are a rubbish team, Im still amazed they got through! One win in the group..though it was really good (for once!)

This is just gravy for Aberdeen now, they were never expected to get through and now they've got a massive draw. It's like a lower division team getting an SPL/Old Firm team in the 4th round of the Scottish Cup.
