a huge amount of rangers "supporters" crawl out of the woodwork to gloat when things are going well, but are anonymous when the ship is sinking.

embarassing

(much like their performances this season and cousin in general)

I think it should have been a penalty however im not sure after hunt had touched the ball he would have got a shot away as it may have went out.

We were lucky with the decisions today and of that there is no doubt. However some of the play today was the best ive seen from Rangers in a while.

As for the bias in terms of the refereeing i can see where people are coming from. Lets take Celtics last 3 matches:

vs Aberdeen - Diamond equaliser chalked off for no reason. Ref admits blame.

vs Rangers - McDonald's 1st goal was miles offside.

vs Motherwell - McDonald scores another offside goal.

Now im not a bitter Rangers fan. Rangers have had a few major decisions go their way today and at other points in the season.

You're absolutely right. Both sides of the Old Firm benefit from clear refereeing bias.

Credit to Levein, but also to Hartson. He may have a slightly green agenda, but nevertheless.

Not in a million years. God, even Terry Butcher said it was a clear penalty.

There was minimal contact (arm across his chest) until Hunt started to fall, at which point his heel was clipped. Like I said, I think the standard of refereeing today was total pish and I feel sorry for United not getting the "offside" goal but that was not a penalty. If Hunt was not a cheating wee bastard, if he had stayed on his feet rather than looking for a penalty, he would have got it less than 2 seconds later as Weir would have fouled him. Even then, I personally think that the penalty wasn't given because Hunt went down too easily.

And yes, I'm sure you think I am being biased but that isn't the case. I had my head in my hands until I saw the replay.
