Richest Teams in Football

The BBC site was running an article on the world's richest football teams and Bayern Munich came in 7th. Each team had a picture but for some reason the BBC chose this one for Bayern, which I thought was ace.

Anyway...

Real Madrid (£260 million)
Manchester United (£233 million)
Barcalona (£213 million)
Chelsea (£210 million)
Arsenal (£195.5 million)
AC Millan (£168 million)
Bayern Munich (£165 million)
Liverpool (£147 million)
Internationale (£144 million)
AS Roma (£117 million)

I wonder how the SPL fare.

they probably wouldn't believe it if someone were to tell them that dundee united couldn't even afford to keep willo flood! that's pretty mental money like, each team could probably buy the SPL

not that they'd want to though, however it would probably be run better if a bunch of people who couldn't even speak english were brought in

depending if this is forbes list, i believe celtic and rangers were just outside 20th

And Man U were top with £905m in the Forbes List.

I believe Forbes is all assets included, ie, Old Trafford must be worth a fair bit of bob and commerical advertising brought into account etc.

This list is based on the amount of money each club generated in the financial year.

Im pretty sure i saw something on the BBC sports website saying Celtic were up there in the top 20?

Also there was in the Times paper somthing about Man Utd being richer than Real? Still, its a huuge amount of money to make a year aint it?

Celtic are 18th I think.

Rangers are 21st or something but they're usually in the Top 20 and all.
