i had fifa 2000. every game ended in a score something like 25-20

to score, get the ball and run, and run, and run, shoot. defenders couldnt do shit!

You sure you didn't have it on beginner? I thought FIFA '00 was the last good one on a regular sized console, seeing as FIFA '05 on the GBA is nothing like FIFA on other consoles; more like an updated version of the first one (International).

it may have been 2001 because i remember having it set on hard and i'd win every game around 30 - nil with the old run up the wing, cross, then overhead kick into the goal combo.

most FIFA's have an annoying blackspot in them

FIFA Street was terrible for it.
