Call of Duty 4

Picked this up today. It's a brilliant game with alot of really nice touches such as the ship tilting in the first level for example.
Not so sure about it straying away from the WWII theme (although I was pleased when I first found out it was set in modern times). There does appear to be something a little lacking when compared to previous outings. Hopefully, the later levels will change my mind!

did u get it for the ps3 or 360. I got it for the ps3 and cant get a game online at all.

I heard reports that there were some issues with the PS3 version, mainly revolving around the game freezing during play?

I got it on PC and it's AWESOME! the graphics are crazy good and it runs a lot better than crysis with everything racked up to full too

Just played a few levels but it's been really fun - I love the Night vision laser beam thing, are they real or made up? (edit: real apparently - cool!)

i loved the sniper level, some good moments in that. trying to do the game on veteran now, not getting too far either...
live is great fun as well, the leveling aspect and cutom classes are a nice touch too
never had a problem getting a game on xbox, always busy
